- boiled rice- 200 gm (leftover rice can also be used)
- veggies (onion capsicum carrot beans )
- green chilis (only if you like spicy)
- sauces (green chili and red chili and soya sauce)
- garlic flakes -2 or 3
- oil for frying
- salt according to taste
How to boil rice?
- take a pan put some oil and 1/4 tsp of jeera and a pinch of salt
- put water in 1.4 amount that of rice
- eg- one cup rice to 1.4 cups of water
- let it boil for some time until bubbles start coming
- take a fork and move in the pan so that it does not become sticky
- now put a lid on it and sim the flame
- it will take 20 mins approx * (but do check with a fork )
- now spread it on a plate so the moisture gets removed

Steps for making fried rice –
- Take veggies
- Cut thin slices of onion and chop all other veggies green chilis and garlic
- Now take a frying utensil and put some oil
- Add slices of onion green chilis and garlic
- Fry them until golden brown
- Now add all other veggies and fry but not too much because it will not remain crunchy
- Add both the sauces and salt (according to taste )
- Fry for one min so that sauces gets fried
- Now add boiled rice into it
- And mix them nicely so that all sauces get enriched in the rice
- Finally, serve them on a plate
